We've literally gone from the state telling us not to believe everything we see on the internet, to the state telling us that there are actually true things on the internet, and that not everything is fake.

Scary sign of the times: When I grew up, Sweden had tons of campaigns for source criticism = don't believe everything you see on the internet. Just walked past a billboard where the city had stricken over "criticism" and replaced it with "trust".

The amount of merch I came home with from Laracon EU is next level I could barely zip up my bags and @dhicking had to put some of my merch in his suitcase

I can't put into words how amazing the last few days were! I'm headed home now with a full heart and just so thankful for this great community. This was my first @LaraconEU, but it won't be my last. Now I'm even more excited for Laracon US in Boston 🫶

My 4yr old son suddenly got stomach sick. So no nursery today. My wife is a dentist, so she can go to work as a "normal job". And I'm a freelancer, so... no YouTube videos today. Today's plan is taking Minecraft lessons from my son.

@uzair_dev_ If it's for something I am not sure about and just want to try a new project out, I do a $3 domain on Namecheap. Renewal prices are way higher, so if the service didn't work out, I don't renew. Otherwise I always use Cloudflare because of solid renewal prices without markup.

My neighbour, who sells auto parts for a living, just built a web application using Cursor. Zero technical background but is very good at Minecraft. What a time to be alive.

thinking about developing a static analysis tool that will detect non typing stuff on Laravel apps that you be warned about: - eloquent columns that contain the word “token” should be on hidden - eloquent columns that contain “ed_at” should be casted to datetime what do you think? should I build it live today?
