In other words, there is a surplus of 73%. Please check the following facts: 1. Average monthly production in 4 refineries (including NRL) : Petrol (MS) = 168 thousand metric tonnes Diesel (HSD) = 403 thousand metric tonnes 2. Average monthly consumption in Assam : Petrol (MS) = 63 thousand metric tonnes Diesel (HSD) = 92 thousand metric tonnes 3.
