We can examine whether menthol bans help and also support the -now repealed- policies of the New Zealand plan. There is no conflict there.

The facts speak for themselves. Reducing the ~5.000 NZ lives lost per year from smoking was not the priority. Big Tobacco won when their deadly addictive model was allowed to continue.
