5yrs late but here's my answer:
When I respond by informing them I'm functionally infertile and/or that, in the highly unlikely event I DID conceive, I would almost certainly die as would the baby and they immediately tell me "miracles happen."
This has happened more than once.

@obsessafilma Fertility cultists on here say the most outrageous, often evil things. They don’t care about anything other than the birth taking place. Even the life of the baby doesn’t matter to them. I’ve seen them say it was worth a baby dying in pain after a few hours, because it was born.

That’s changed in the UK from what I’ve heard though.

@KennethMoo25538 @JaneCaro Ok, mathematics is very much not my strong suit. Not millions but at least many thousands are intersex, with the challenges a biased world imposes on them. But importantly the questions and ideas biased culture puts as “normal” show what is accepted or rejected as “facts”. 😮🤐🤷🏻
