Neuralink might be the best solution for many neurological diseases. It can literally restore many abilities for patients. I can’t wait to see more applications of it. For the first time in history, we may have a concrete functional cure for many neurological diseases. And it doesn’t do one thing only; it can literally restore many abilities at the same time. I’m also glad that this is Elon Musk’s company, which can raise and invest as much funding as needed to make this a reality. Nothing can stop him or slow him down.

Neuralink is just so incredible 🥹 Neuralink will help millions restore speech, blindness, and so much more! These videos make me emotional every single time.

Life with ALS or a spinal cord injury often means navigating a gradual or sudden loss of independence. Neuralink aims to restore autonomy to those with unmet medical needs—starting with device control and communication, and expanding toward vision and other applications.

@RayFernando1337 I'm seeing a similar issue with Opus 4.7. It has become less predictable and changes the response dramatically for each prompt. The previous 4.6, before it got downgraded, was far better.

I’ve spent the past decade building bio AI models—until now, training them meant years, huge cost, and teams spanning AI, biology, and infra. Not anymore. Introducing a new capability at Biomni Lab: now any scientist can create, fine-tune, pre-train, and optimize bio foundation models on their own datasets, just by describing what they want. This is powered by a new feature called GPU-as-a-tool where we let AI agents launch and orchestrate GPU sandboxes. In the video, we show that you can use prompt to: - Fine-tune Borzoi for MPRA regulatory activity prediction - Fine-tune scGPT on a H1 hESC perturb-seq data - Fine-tune ESM2 for protein subcellular localization prediction - Pre-train a protein language model from scratch on UniRef - Build a novel multi-task ADMET model across 22 endpoints Another big challenge once you’ve trained or have access to a model is actually using it productively. As it is embedded within Biomni Lab, it bridges that gap, letting you “ask the model” to identify and prioritize relevant biological insights directly. Another exciting direction is lab-in-the-loop: scientists can design models, generate predictions, interpret results, and send them to the wet lab—all within one integrated biology environment. This is a preview capability and we’re looking for beta testers. @Ronalfa We are seeing a lot of announcements already in biology. It looks like this year is going to be more than a regular year. I hope the lead time to deliver treatments to patients won’t be a decade anymore but years, even months. Personalised medicine seems to be coming.

@elonmusk Neuralink is going to be the top wanted solution for many neurological diseases. I think it will not only restore abilities but also enhance them. This sounds like it can also be used in healthy people.

@SCI_Borg24 @elonmusk @shivon Elon is doing great work for humanity. This is one of the most promising products for humanity. Out of curiosity, do you feel the device on your skull? How does it feel? Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and hopefully this can push the product further for all patients.

Wow, this is amazing! What is the North Star, though? For example, reading the Neuralink roadmap, they aim to restore functionality for people. Is Sabi also planning to address those issues? One of my passions is neurological diseases. For example, would Sabi at some point help with Parkinson's? That’d be fantastic for patients without surgery but using a wearable.

you can now control things with your brain. literally. we're building the most wearable BCI on the planet, with @sabicap, backed by @khoslaventures @accel @initialized & @kevinweil. we collected the world’s largest neural dataset and trained the most capable Brain Foundation Model. then we invented a new class of biosensors powered by custom ASICs. type without typing. click without clicking. a cap that lets your brain do the work. we’re sabi.

Watching videos and reading about Neuralink. I think the bigger picture is not just treating diseased; it can also be used in healthy people to enhance abilities. Intriguing. @neuralink #brain

Neuralink is going to be one of the most demanded products. The brain is no longer going to be a complicated organ but a solved problem. Neurological diseases will have a functional cure by Neuralink. Super exciting for patients.

@djseo Quite curious about the Deep product for Parkinson’s. Hopefully this will be announced soon. I believe the Neuralink deep product will be a far better solution than the current DBS solution with its additional capabilities.

In parallel, we are working on a design with 10X capability that will scale to 100X using 3D integration. We are also making great progress on entirely automating the surgical procedure (auto craniotomy, inserting threads through the dura, and more), bringing up a high-volume device production facility, and designing our own medical center in TX. In addition to Blindsight, we’ll also be announcing a few more products in the coming months. There has never been a better time to join and contribute to a massive number of important technical challenges that can alter the course of humanity.
Elon Musk@elonmusk

Congrats to the @Neuralink team for helping many people who have lost use of their body with our Telepathy implant that enables computer use simply by thinking! The next generation Neuralink cybernetic augment with 3X capability will be ready later this year. Pending regulatory approval, we are also ready to do our first Blindsight augment that will enable those who have even complete loss of vision to see in low resolution at first, leading to high resolution over time.

@TheCinesthetic One of the movies I've watched multiple times, and I'd still watch it again. Great narrative, great acting, fun—everything you expect. In fact, I'll watch it again today.

@lady_valor_07 I don’t think there is a cure per se, but I truly believe big pharma has slowed the progression of affordable cures. In the age of AI, this progress can’t be stopped or slowed because small companies can advance without needing millions of dollars.

@neuralink Out of curiosity, isn’t Parkinson’s a great candidate for Neuralink? What capabilities can Neuralink bring compared to existing solutions? Can Neuralink be the answer for all symptoms? Current solutions don’t work long-term or address all symptoms.

🚨 Big news for Parkinson’s patients! Aspen Neuroscience just presented positive 12-month ASPIRO trial data at AD/PD 2026: autologous iPSC-derived Sasineprocel (ANPD001) showed continued safety, no immunosuppression needed, +2.1–2.4 hrs Good ON time, major MDS-UPDRS improvements, and strong quality-of-life gains. Cell survival confirmed by PET. “Before receiving sasineprocel, the patient struggled to stand from a chair, open a door and walk down the hallway, with a low voice and a muted facial expression… One year after the treatment, he is ‘like a different person,’ rising from the chair and walking straight out the door with a smooth gait.” Phase 3 coming later this year! aspenneuroscience.com/aspen-neurosci… #Parkinsons #StemCellTherapy #ClinicalTrials #ADPD2026
