Like I saw with the eyes tbh. Comprehensively beaten at home and having to go a place and score a minimum of 2 to stand a chance.

The point of this season was to have enough depth to fill the void. When it becomes an acceptance that’s when it becomes normalised. Defence was all over the place.

Feel so bad for Nuno, West Ham have been the way better team and they give a penalty like that where the player doesn’t even have a chance of getting the ball and runs into the keeper.

@PremLeaguePanel That’s exactly what the owners are trying to do, make profit from player trading not win trophies. They see it as a business not a sports team.

The main issue with Chelsea is their recruitment. They are constantly refreshing the project with raw talent buys (? to flip for profit later) instead of building the squad progressively by A) filling squad holes or B) buying game-changing talents. Guehi and Osimhen window last summer as an example moves mountains in two big squad holes as two game-changers. They instead opted for Gittens, Garnacho & Delap - 2 LWs when the wings were well stocked and an average ceiling, raw striker. There was no progression from letting Jackson, Sancho & Madueke leave to that window. Any coach’s hands would be tied with this squad not just Maresca’s.

Yeah this isn’t looking good. Maresca could’ve easily said he has a good relationship with the SD’s & owners but he chose not to.

And again and again and again. Tosin, Trev, Fofana are alright squad options at best, nothing more nothing less. Should have at least 2 top starters by now. Look at Arsenal’s options. Not rocket science.

Switching to 5-3-1 and taking off all of your counter-attacking pace with both wingers subbed off. João Pedro false 9 with Cucurella and Enzo as the runners off him currently. This has been one of the worst tactical responses to a red card that you’ll see.
