Great day at WRHN EP lab! Two posterior papillary PVC cases using CARTO–FARAPULSE — both successful. Case 1: Redo after failed RF (uneventful). Case 2: PVI + PPM PVCs (PFA in V: transient QRS widening/ST changes, resolved in 2 min). ~10 ablations/case. Fantastic team effort! 💪
