28/09/25 delivery meant to be between 08:00-09:00 and now 10:00 still no show

@greateranglia great that you've put on extra trains towards Norwich and London
What about your branch line to Lowestoft 22:15 is the last train
This means you'll have to miss some of the show just to try and get train
Please have a rethink and put later trains on

@FirstNorwich when you had a question about the service you could tag friends so they could be kept in loop even through it was a copy and paste job

@FirstYar_Low@FirstNorwich@GavinHall35 you’ve excelled this morning- the first X21 Lowestoft to Norwich via Beccles went a very scenic route via Hopton. Very helpful for those on a tight schedule to get to work. Check your route not the contents of you nostrils

Could you please explain WHY the 1st X21 service (05:55) from Lowestoft Bus Station to Norwich decided to follow the X1 route via Great Yarmouth

Senior management at @FirstGroupplc needs to have a look at the device they provide
@GavinHall35@FirstNorwich They cant- because if they told the truth they would be vilified- it is funny how we seem to see all the X1/X11 leave Norwich bus station on time and they all begin at the Lowestoft depot

As I know there's a local High School which runs a bus at this time from First Group

This week cancelled X2/X22 services from Norwich Bus station to Lowestoft
18/03-1545 & 1620
19/03-1545, 1620 & 1635
20/03-1605
21/03-1605
When is the service between 1545-1650 gonna become reliable
I can go back weeks with cancellations

@FirstNorwich It'll be 1650 for the next X2 service which is the service I need for my stop
A ongoing suggestion newer buses instead of hand offs from other areas might work
Instead of trying to fix a broken fleet
Failure to prepare seems to come naturally to First on this route
