@ArgosPets Good morning, tried to cancel my pet insurance at the weekend but your pet portal was down & I couldn’t get through on your phone lines. Please could someone help me with my cancellation please - the renewal date was yesterday so I cannot do it on the portal.

@HalifaxBank Hi, are you aware of any issues with the mobile banking app - trying to do a transfer & the app keeps crashing - its been like this a few days now. 😫 Tried reinstalling the app but it still doesn’t work

@Gemsie19 Hi, Im Johnjames. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. We're not aware of any issues at present. Can you try restarting your device and switching between mobile data and WiFi if you can to see if this helps? Are you having the same issue via desktop?
