Do you know of a modern alternative to PHPMyAdmin that can connect to sqlite, mysql and postgresql?

Genuine question. Is there any reason to use axios in environments where fetch is available? Other than familiarity.

@erinlynch Agreed, Google Domains and now AWS Opsworks. Not to mention end of life versions getting shorter and shorter. Seems like all I’m doing lately is migrating.

The email from InVision about killing their app is indicative of a larger problem. How can we trust apps when they can’t live more than 1,2,5, or in rare cases, 7+ years? How many companies trusted and are now scrambling? We need generational apps to run our businesses. #business

@zeroskillz Dude, that and teams….. I mean windows 11 has a keyboard shortcut that if you press it, it will open teams… if you have uninstalled teams it will reinstall it when you hit that keyboard shortcut. Windows feels more and more like malware lately!

Let’s talk about ACF Blocks, the block editor, and how we can get closer to a native block editor experience while maintaining ACF Blocks’ templating. Next week’s ACF Chat Fridays will be a round table discussion around the things we could to improve ACF Blocks, and we want your ideas too! Join us next Friday at 3pm BST (UK Time) and let’s start piecing together the next generation of ACF Blocks! Register here: advancedcustomfields.com/acf-chat-frida…

@calebporzio My rubber ducky is my wife who doesn’t know programming and stares at me like a deer in headlights. Usually at the end I come up with a solution or another method of debugging that helps. Or she points out something so simple it shocks me.

The solution to most of my coding problems is sitting down and writing a blog post to myself about the problem I'm always hesitant to put in the work, but when I do, I almost invariably solve the problem and understand it waaay better

@TheJackForge As someone who was too dumb to figure out React and Angular, I completely disagree. If you’re just starting in development and are looking for a framework, choose Vue.

Do you prefer the first approach or the second and why? I've always used the implicit ORM approach (1st). But after discussions with communities outside Laravel I'm starting to see why the 2nd approach may be better. It's easier for readers, which increases maintainability.
