@LNER maybe your train announcements could include asking people to use headphones to listen to their music. Why do people think everyone wants to listen. Just imagine if everyone in the carriage listened without headphones!

@TPExpressTrains Hi. Any idea why your delay repay service won't let me submit a claim. Form completed, proofs uploaded but when I press submit it just spins and doesn't submit.
@LNER Hi. I booked on the 9.58 York to London service. My train to York was cancelled, so I missed that train. I made a new reservation 10.59, but my next train into York is late and I won't arrive until just after 11. I can't book a new seat as it says I've exceed the limit.

@AsdaServiceTeam very disappointed with your customer service. Bought an item in store which is damaged. Tried ringing the Malton store but after pressing several buttons the call ended. Drove 20 miles to return said item, staff said the till is broken so no returns.
