@scottmelker STRC may not go back to par unless MSTR raises the dividend. That may not happen. MSTR is already under water on the new buy, and shareholders are worse off as a result of the pruchase resulting in a negative Bitcoin "yield."

@Grags26 @sportslarryk It absolutely is the story. This team had nothing going on offense for all of April. As to this point the story is that Devers/Adames/Chapman/Bader had been awful.

All you need to know about the ‘26 #SFGiants : Tonight was their 24th game where they have scored 2 runs or less. Thats 40% of their games through 2 months of baseball. Other issues will pop up, but the story of the season is clearly the lack of offense.

@rationalaussie There are just so many people that just dgaf about AI. Multiple generations worth. Do we send them out to pasture because we can? But does every productive person really have to have this kill or be killed attitude?

Kinda feels like we are on the cusp of a breakaway civilisation forming - those who adopt AI, use it to achieve stupendous leverage over everyone else, and then eventually merge with it; versus those who decide to remain uniquely human and 'separatist', rendering them economically useless over time.

ELON MUSK: Earth is Tiny. The Future is Space. Human civilization uses only a tiny fraction of the Sun’s energy. Even if humanity used a million times more energy, it would still be extremely small compared to the Sun’s power. The Sun dominates the solar system, holding around 99.8% of its total mass. Everything outside the Sun is almost insignificant when measured against the Sun’s scale and energy. Earth-based civilization has a natural limit because our planet’s resources are small compared to what exists in space. To grow civilization in a truly meaningful way, humanity has to expand beyond Earth. Space is not optional for long-term growth — it is the next step for civilization.

@SFCWills @TheDanMan007Fan @ec1ipse_sol @CryptoLifer33 I’d argue layer 2s have always been a required scaling solution. The most important thing is establishing a perfectly scarce system to be the basis of trade. Fix incentives. Figuring out how to move it will be figured out. I could be naive.
