@_Railcards Pls help. My new digital Network Railcard not showing in my Railcard app or my account. Have read the (unhelpful) FAQs. Cannot get through on helpline. Am currently on a train having bought discounted ticket but now have no visible Railcard for it. Suzanne Amos.

Sub tweet. Not all blind people use screen readers and not all users of screen readers are blind. Blindness is not a binary. Low vision is also a thing. PDFs are not accessible to many low vision users. No matter how you make them or how well they are supported.

@CQCProf @CQCpressoffice Please don’t close down Mum’s care home. It’s very well managed, the staff go above and beyond. Mum’s happy and stable. How would I explain to someone who’s 88 and has Alzheimer’s that we have to move her out? And where would we go? Please don’t do it
