What have we played, every 3 days since Feb. Injuries everywhere, players half fit, Ode/Saka injuries have stopped our forward play, top of the league and semi final. But yeah lets read the wringing of hands on how awful it must be to watch, i was at an tense game, with a great atmosphere where my team just made it through to a semi final of the best club comeptition in the world, im not reading those articles thanks!.

It’s a slap on Nwaneri’s development that we bought Madueke to take off minutes from him. There was absolutely no reason paying 52m for a player that is not objectively better than Nwaneri on the wing.

The football has been turgid, but he’s right. We’re a handful results away from achieving our greatest season ever, and the entire fanbase is miserable. It’s all a bit pathetic.

Job done. Not great from Arsenal, but far better than Saturday (that wasn’t hard). Great to see Zubimendi play well, best player on the pitch. Eze was bright before understandably tiring. Defensively largely solid, Hincapie impressive on his return to the XI.
That staring front three is a big problem though. It just does not work. Arteta simply can’t go with that again on Sunday. The City pressure will just be incessant due to their inability to hold onto the ball.

Kind of obvious what the issue is. Mikel Arteta is now devoting himself solely to Managing The Vibe and Creating a Cool Atmosphere. And there is literally no one anywhere in the world you would want less to manage a vibe and create a cool atmosphere than Mikel Arteta

Didn’t ever stop to think about the impact that all the hype and theatre before every game would have on our players. Arteta’s call to arms, box office compilations for every fixture. Does it make players stress unnecessarily? Should Bournemouth have been a “routine” fixture?
