So then my question would be what's the situation like there already. Are they regularly bringing in brands, or just one? Is the pro shop doing repairs or fittings or "has a guy" already. If so what's the vibe of the club? If they're close to the vest then it could ruffle feathers and backfire minus a couple of the guys that aren't "in" the group lol.

If you joined at a country club because it’s good for your business, but you could only play once a week at best, do you think it’d still be worth it?

@benshapiro At least @elonmusk continues to make extraordinary contributions to benefit humanity. What meaningful contributions or value has Jimmy Kimmel provided to society? The answer is none.

Jack's not daft. He knows what mNAV is and what dilution is. He knows that Treasury Companies who sell equity for cash & use that capital to buy Bitcoin are not the same as a normal equities who issue stock for cash to use for operations, salaries, office space, etc. Strategy buy Bitcoin when they sell their equity. Their goal is to increase the amount of Bitcoin exposure in each share. mNav reflects the markets perception on a companies ability to raise capital, increase their BTC holdings and increase Bitcoin per share over time. If the market thinks they can raise capital easily and increase BPS then they'll give the stock a premium. The more aggressively and quickly they can do it, the higher the premium. If the market believes the company has operational risks, will struggle to raise capital to buy more Bitcoin or may have to sell Bitcoin, they'll value it less than its assets. The worse the perception, the bigger the discount. I've seen multiple comments from him over the past 6 months or so relating to $MSTR that leads me to believe that he's being disingenuous in his questioning and his reasons for asking them. He's trying to add confusion to a pretty basic concept & only he really knows why. If he's honestly saying that he doesn't understand mNav as a CEO of a Bitcoin company, this should be seen as a massive red flag to all $XXI investors.

"If selling equity for cash is not dilution, then I can't have a conversation." @jackmallers on why he asked Saylor to define mNAV on stage.

@BillyGNippers Son and I didn’t touch clubs for 2 weeks. Wasn’t so bad, of course not a course in sight where we were. Caught son practicing grip and swings multiple times while sightseeing though….

Golf travel bag all packed, but left the clubs in Houston. Woke up with shoulder pain and it’s only gotten worse. Flew too close to the sun the past 2 weeks. Gotta know when to hold em, and know when to leave clubs at home because you’re washed and injured. Expected rtn: 6/22

@FreddyLA7 When you’re in Houston - do not immediately go when the light turns green. At least 3 cars will go thru their red light. Everyone here is nice UNTIL they get behind the wheel. Have fun!!! ⚽️

We decided late night yesterday to go to Bourbon street, so today was a late start on our way to Houston. And yeah that place was a little crazy. I honestly don’t even know how to describe it. Why are people throwing beads at each other everywhere?😭😭

What’s a obscure golf course in America that has the raw material and routing to become a Top 100 course with the right architect and investment? A true hidden gem waiting to happen. I’m looking for names I’ve never heard before.

@GusSharpBrock I guess it depends on who you ask. I’d wager most golfers outside of Missouri/Kansas have never heard of it.

My personal recommendation is Swope Memorial in KC. Currently undergoing a $7M restoration. Tillinghast bones with tones of land for lengthening but I’m concerned the restoration project doesn’t go deep enough to bring it to full potential. kansascitymag.com/swope-memorial…
