Then in 2023 the majority of the board voted to oppose a bill that would decriminalize fare evasion. Two votes.

I don’t care what polls supposedly say. The Epstein files come up in real life so often that I have burnout. Anyone saying this isn’t important is lying, or incredibly stupid. It’s one of the top subjects that come up, even people who aren’t hardcore political.
