Thanks to @JBLSoundIn’s @HarmanIndia worst and fraudulent service, I thought to celebrate diwali with more music this year but my speaker has been stuck in their so-called “service process” for 2.5 months. And there is still no proper solution 👎#dontbuyjbl #fraudjblpolicy

@Ranjith071 @JBLSoundIn No worries ranjith now they will tell you that you have physically damaged the product and it’s not under our warranty claim and if you want it in perfect condition then you have to pay for the repair. As i am facing with my flip 6 it’s a fraud going on.

@JBLSoundIn JBL product and its service is a rubbish. I would strongly recommend to go for Bose or Sony sound systems. My purchased product is defective out of box. Pathetic service has not turned for 10 days now.

@arnav_chajed @JBLSoundIn Yes you are absolutely right about their customer service as i am also a victim of their fraud warranty policy. They kept the product(jbl flip 6) for 1-1.5 months and then called its a physically damage.

@JBLSoundIn @HarmanIndia these guys have some new rules for warranty policy in the market - “If the speaker goes bad, make the customer run around for months, give false promises, and provide zero resolution.” Claimed on 07/08/25, still no proper solution. 🤷‍♂️
