@MumsForLungs It is unacceptable for @harrow_council to spend £400k to attempt to oppose #ULEZ, an essential public health measure to reduce air pollution. Instead the council should be investing in safe cycle routes, cycle parking, car clubs etc. to reduce people's reliance on cars.
