Can't get my head around how bad a service you get from @HelloHowsy one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with their customer service is shocking. @CalumBrannan your idea might have been great but the delivery is appalling!

@HelloHowsy Your phone line cuts you off it’s not 24/7. The water mains has burst which has been leaking since 2am and doesn’t look like it will be resolved today. Definition of Howsy treating issues as urgent!

@HelloHowsy I’ve had a burst water pipe since 2am. Tried to report via your 24/7 access which doesn’t exist 8-12 is not 24/7 access. I’m on the ninth hour with water soaking the kitchen floor and Howsy haven’t even assigned a plumber yet. PPL DO NOT RENT FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!

@aashna_m @Trustpilot @HelloHowsy @CalumBrannan Our rental is actually being dealt with through insurance after we were flooded out in August……they have no idea how to facilitate this and have made a difficult and emotional process even harder. From the start to the finish!!!
