A little help @Tracfone? Customer since your start. Got new device. Kept old number. Worked on day 1, but number switched. Now new numbers every time we call for help. Got to '2nd-level' five times and hung up on each time. Does this mean I go to Verizon for actual help now?

Now 11d overdue, @FedEx pkg was scanned in state, but now can’t be found. Called @FedExHelp Told expedited delivery on Sat. It wasn’t. Told expect call in 48h w pkg location. I wasn’t. Told investigation started and given case number. Rep made that up. Nice, huh?

Went to urgent care for a sore throat (negative for everything under the sun) and got to talking about grad school/graduating soon. The DO said I’ll soon be “Dr. Surrette” 🥺🥺🥺
