This framework is about organization, not authorization. Every proposal still faces a final, binding on-chain vote. Intersect's role is to carry out decisions made by DReps, not to make those decisions for them. The community holds the keys 🔑

For me, the best part about the Cardano 2030 Info Action is the establishment of Core KPIs to measure Cardano's success. This is the only way to track if all the spending we do actually moves the needle. It keeps us honest and creates accountability.

@HardForQKafe @QuasarSure They are always welcome to voice their opinions. The NCL requires only DRep approval, but the system allows CC, DReps, and SPOs to vote. Greatly appreciate all of the guidance from all three governing bodies.
