@AskCapitalOne for the second straight Saturday when I try to book rewards hotels, at the end of the process I get an error message regardless of which hotel I try to book. Why?

@andyblarsen I went to one jazz game this season, first one in a few years and left with a big headache and wondering why music is played non stop. I don’t go to a basketball game to listen to bad music, I just want to watch basketball without a headache.

It's a good point. The Mammoth games have truly excellent game ops, why don't Jazz games? The fake crowd noise in the defense chant will be the end of me

@booking.com had an issue a double charged. Sent a detailed response with confirmation numbers. Received an email instructing me to call to provide more info. I’ve tried and get a call bot that doesn’t recognize any of my confirmation #s and can’t get me a representative. Help.

@Airbnb @airbnbhelp 36+ hours trying to fix and it's getting worse. Looks like we will be paying $4k more. There is not a hotel chain in the US that would cancel a reservation and make a guest incur $4k additional to rebook. This is unacceptable. Buyer beware.

@theparkimgspot it looks like there is an issue with your online payment processor. I made a reservation and tried to pay with three different credit cards (including one that had been previously saved) and received an error message each time.
