I started coding at 12 in Iran with half the internet blocked I've now shipped 100+ products and generated $150M+ for clients like Forbes, Starbucks, and Under Armour Here's the story: I grew up in Gilan, Iran where most developer resources were blocked. Finding workarounds became the first real skill I built. My first national game dev competition was against adults and university students. The code in my game was terrible but it was about the Persian leopard, an almost extinct species native to Iran. The concept won first place. I went on to win 5 more after that. By 14 I was building hyper-casual games for publishers. By 17, the downloads were in the millions worldwide and the product studio clients started coming in. Every single one wanted the same thing: build the product, ship it, invoice, disappear. Nobody was asking whether buyers already existed for what we were building. And that's where it clicked. We should only build products with distribution partners (people who have the clients) so the products can have revenue from day 1. That's when Gaply's Venture Studio started. We only work with people who already have distribution: - founders with warm networks - VCs with portfolio companies - creators with warm audiences - agencies with recurring clients - media brands with subscribers We co-invest, take equity, and ship fast. Every single product has paying customers before it launches. If you have distribution and want to build something profitable on day one, DM me.

@matt_gray_ retaining the same vision is the hardest thing to do for founders often they get influenced by the shiny object syndrome

Most businesses stall because the founder keeps reinventing the direction every 90 days. consistency builds trust and trust compounds revenue.

Every founder says they’re too busy. Reality check: 80% of what you’re doing doesn’t matter. Automate it or stop doing it. Your future self will thank you.

Distribution sucks!😮‍💨 You hate it! I hate it! WE ALL HATE IT! BUT, it's the price it takes to reach our goals. So please, never sleep on distribution🙏

2024: 1000s of people were building their personal brands here Maybe even more 2026: 5 of them still left You don't win by being the best. You win by not giving up because most of your competition will.

The most overrated skill in programming: memorizing syntax. The most underrated skill: reading error messages. Half the "senior developers" I know panic when they see a stack trace.

@stijnnoorman a lot of it depends on your product. if it's for masses, or for premium users, or for mass premium in general not every product can fit all classes

Some people find $500 too expensive. Some people don't mind paying $5,000. Let that determine who you sell to.

@Stanunlocked virality just happens. Can't control much of it what's important is the retention from virality. that can only be done through consistency and brand value

“Engineering virality” is a myth. You can copy viral structures and flop. Post great content and flop. Do everything right and still flop. You can increase the odds, but you still can’t guarantee it.

You won’t regret building a personal brand. AI is replacing jobs. Just doing good work isn’t enough anymore. Your brand is what makes you stand out. It’s what helped me build something outside my 9–5. And it’s how you get paid what you’re worth.

i always see tweets about "someone doing the same exact thing as me but launches before me" brother that doesnt matter there is enough money and markets in the world for everyone if someone copies your idea 1:1 then all that means is that you need to lock in and simply defeat them beat them in: marketing, content, partnerships, ideas, features, ui, ANYTHING its simply a matter of who has that DOG in them more than the next guy the market will always decide the winners, simple as that

Soon, the founder behind the brand will be the only intellectual property left. People will not buy into products or features, these will be commoditized, they will buy for who is behind the brand.

if you're a crypto born brand and are creating products/services for the global demographic, it is going to be a very uphill battle this space has the branding of scams, extraction, and being ret*rded however, those who really understand, get how the blockchain layer can make all experiences so much better, and give participants ownership of those emotions for those that are still trying, yes it'll be hard, BUT when over time everything blends together and you reach the light, it'll be worth it that might take 5 years+ excited to along for the ride, the journey continues 🫡

You can vibe code and vibe design a product now. So why is nobody building tools that help with vibe marketing? Since that is what most founders here would pay for.
