What makes Moore different is that Shiver was in a clear subordinate role. That was a legal thing. He also broke into her home and threatened to kill himself.

@TJLang70 Vrabel and Russini were two scummy married adults who had a consensual affair. They get none of my sympathy for what they're going through now.
Moore was sleeping with a subordinate, and that matters, whose house he broke into and threatened to kill himself.

The problem for Mets right now is two-fold
It’s not just that they’re 9-19, it’s that the fans have little connection to most of the players on the team
When you gut a team’s core, removing fan favorites along the way, who you replace them with better work

Stearns should go first, but Mendy is the easier pull. Someone needs to be accountable.

@DanBartels2 The Mets aren't making a move on Mendoza any time soon. If they were they would've already losing 15 of 17. They won't because David Stearns would have to admit a mistake.
Mendy will have us at 9-50 and Stearns will be preaching patience until Jorge Polanco comes back in July.

@BetMGM The Mets aren't concerned because David Stearns will not admit he made any mistakes with this roster. A gimpy 32-year-old career 2B at 1B was better than Murakami. Devin Williams was the right call at closer. Relying on Baty/Vientos was the right call.
