Oh, and there's no evidence from the Trump Social post that Trump is talking about using nuclear weapons against Iran. He just means bombing them back into the Stone Age using conventional weapons. Best not to leap to something even more terrible than what Trump actually said.

It's horrible how Trump threatens to wipe out "a whole civilization." Though it's also wise to assume he's bluffing to win maximal concessions from Iran, which he will then spin as a victory and vindication of his strength. Unless, of course, Iran calls his bluff.....

From HUD data, FHA serious delinquency rates (90+ days + foreclosure/bankruptcy) ranged 4-5% in 2018-2019, similar to 5.21% in Nov 2025. They peaked at ~8.5% in 2009 during the Great Recession. Pre-2020, forbearance was available but far less common than post-COVID programs, so shares were minimal—no direct comparable data, hence the chart starts in 2020.
