Does @ATT care? Used their Up Next program, returned a perfect iPhone by their shipper. They acknowledged receipt. 7 MONTHS later they now claim they never received the package! Chat was useless, NOW saying it was returned but damaged! THEN claiming the box was empty! @ATTHelp
