@MarkGabriele22 @DeanTTraining They weren’t getting the look that Lee Haney had from ‘a couple dbol a day’. Lee Haney in that picture is vascular and dry the exact opposite! To what a dbol user would look like. Retard. ‘A couple dbol a day’ 🤣😂. You don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about fatty.

How old are you? The perscription dianabol in the 60s,70s, and 80s was a bit stronger than the junk that is produced in china and russia. I was in high school in the 80s, and I remember one guy on our football team that took 1/2 a pill a week and worked up to 3 pills and then tapered down. He probably put on 10lbs of muscle and got much stronger. High school kids were not injecting test or deca. Real pharmacheutical dbol was a different. Even Arnold only took about 50mg of dbol a day with some primobolan. I know it is a bit different now. The mega dosing started in the 90s. So, fuck off Bozo.

Show this video of Steve Hall doing Cable Curls to every adult male on planet earth and 99% of them will say: “He’s NOT natty, bro…that’s all steroids!!!” Most people simply cannot fathom what can be achieved when you commit to something and give it your all for 10+ years Sad

@MarkGabriele22 @DeanTTraining What is dbols role?? I’ll tell your dumb ass, it basically pulls water in to the joints allowing you to lift heavier loads as a result you end up with a watery and puffy look. I find it hard to believe high school kids were getting prescription dbol but even if they were

@MarkGabriele22 @DeanTTraining No offense you look like a fucking dork. You ‘know guys who took a couple dbol a day’ do you even understand what that is? How fucking useless a ‘couple dbol a day’ is??? Fucking clown 🤡 it literally would NOT have the effect you see Lee Haney looked like 😂

@JaeFitt @DeanTTraining Lee Haney is 10 years older than me. I know that the guys in my high school who did cycles, normally took a couple of Dbol a day. You think a high school student in the late 70s is shooting a ton of test or deca. What the fuck do you know?

A job is stressful. So is having no job. Being single is stressful. So is being in a relationship. Having money problems is stressful. So is handling money. Living with parents is stressful. So is living alone. Waking up early is hard. So is wasting your day. Going to the gym is hard. So is feeling insecure in your body. Working on yourself is hard. So is staying stuck. Starting something new is scary. So is staying the same for years. Speaking up is uncomfortable. So is being ignored. Walking away is painful. So is staying where you’re not valued. Saving money is tough. So is being broke at the end of the month. Building discipline is hard. So is living without control. Life is full of trade-offs. Stop romanticizing lives you haven’t lived.

@AhsanBilalAKha2 @rumilyrics The only thing constant is change. You must adapt and evolve, if not you will continue to stay the same and want to do so. Eventually your friends will change and leave you in the dust and when you realise it, it will be too late.

Have you noticed, every time you level up, you lose something. A habit, a friendship, a version of yourself, it's not loss, it's you evolving.

You'll lose an old version of yourself. And with that comes friendships falling out and habits you no longer indulge in. This is normal. Because to go somewhere you've never been, you must become someone you've never been. Most people ruin this part of their evolution by going back to the things that made them comfortable. You must keep on walking the path. Eventually, you'll have an even better life than the previous one.

Nothing has done more to improve my mental, physical, and spiritual health than LISS cardio: specifically walking. Walking is one of the most fundamentally 'human' activities. We’re built for it. Sure, we can lift heavy things, jump, sprint, or climb, but from a natural mechanical standpoint, walking is where we truly excel. You’d have to really try to walk too much. The more you walk, the better you will recover, the leaner you will be, the clearer you will think, and the better you will sleep. And that’s not the full list of benefits by any stretch.
no.mind@the_no_mind

Zone 2 cardio is the most underrated cognitive tool for founders. Not because it boosts BDNF or improves mood, though it does both. Because Zone 2 specifically triggers mitochondrial biogenesis in the brain. More mitochondria in prefrontal cortex & hippocampus means more energy available for decision-making, memory & sustained focus. You're not just training your heart. You're building new energy infrastructure in your brain. My protocol: 2 sessions per week 60-75 mins. Outdoors.

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR AURA: 1. Don’t talk about your plans, show results. 2. Smile with your mouth closed. 3. Nod, instead of saying yes. 4. Don’t talk that much about yourself. 5. Don’t always be available. 6. Have a firm handshake. 7. Speak calmly and deliberately. 8. Dress in a clean, confident style. 9. Be comfortable with silence.
