It's not too late to get exposure to the uranium sector, but at some point it will be. As my friend @crypto_condom has pointed out there are a lot of fundamental catalysts lining up in the near future that complement that long term bull thesis on this sector. UUUU is one of my picks from years ago that looks like it may be setting up for a nice continuation move to $50+. A pretty clean "cup and handle" forming here as we find some support at the 50% level of our local range. Yes, there is a non-zero chance that we could visit the range lows if we don't hold at these levels, but there is also a chance that this is a "cup and handle" continuation pattern that will resolve to the upside after finding support at the mid range in which case downside should be relatively limited. So, if you're buying now you're doing so recognizing that we can't rule out some further downside (which would be a chance to DCA into a longer term position) even if it seems unlikely at this time considering all the fundamental catalysts that are lining up. If you're not OK with this- then don't buy. Finally, I've been talking about this sector for some years now and made public buys on UUUU at under $2 in 2019 (here: x.com/CredibleCrypto…). Buying at $2, when downside was capped at $0, allows you to not have to worry about buying at $21 with potential downside to range lows under $12, like the situation we are in now- but of course when we were trading at $2 many perceived that as being a "higher risk entry" and so avoided it. That's OK, but the trade-off is that in situations like we are in NOW if you still want exposure to this sector, you have some "tough" decisions to make. Your options are: 1. Wait for an entry at sub $12 that may never come. Or 2. Start DCA'ing in here and be comfortable with the idea of adding on a move lower to fully establish your position. Whatever you decide, let this be a reminder that it pays to start doing your due diligence early, on assets that most believe to be "dead" so that instead of being caught between a rock and a hard place once the move up has already begun you can instead be up 100's of % from your entry which makes your decisions at a time like this a LOT easier.
