Additional accusations: Peters gave Mendoza illegal injections on camera. Therefore, Peters committed battery on Mendoza. Peters emotionally disturbed Mendoza with trauma and humiliation. Peters thereby committed fraud because he was unequipped to inject Mendoza with chemicals.
