Coaching staff are around the players every day. There could be many reasons, personal and footballing, why it hasn't worked.

@IandyHolliday @BrummieTricky This. We paid a fair whack for a player from abroad and it hasn't worked out, which happens unfortunately. An opportunity arose for the club to potentially claw back most of their outlay, and #nffc have taken this option. Delaying deal to cover EL matches would not be an option.

This essentially points toward #NFFC needing to find another club to take Zinchenko on, whilst also likely paying a sizeable chunk of his large wages, and still having to find a replacement for the squad that will come with his own wages and likely transfer fee.
