ECB staff projections were taken on Feb 11th.
They refd higher HICP 2026 estimates to 2.7%.
If you look at inflation swaps on that day. They were trading 2.7%… we are now 3.8%.
These staff estimates are meaningfully out of date by now.

Current HICP swaps are priced *somewhere* between the Adverse scenario & Severe scenario.
There is a meaningful difference in the second order impacts across the two when looking at 2027 fcasts.
