I've been part of @HamptonFounders since March this year and this has been one of the most rewarding and quality-of-life-changing experiences for me in the last years. I get to know a lot of like-minded and successfull people from different industries, locations, walks of life. I eagerly participate in offline as well as online events, and spend a ton of time on Hampton's slack to see what other founders are up to, what challenges they face, what are best practices or various tips they have. I just got back from a 3 day retreat in Ojai with @HamptonFounders. This was by far one of the best experiences. The coaching was led by @AngelaParkerFIT. I was with 20 other amazing, interesting founders. I learned so much from each person. Beyond the coaching, it was amazing to relax and have great conversations about life. I am still marinating on everything I learned but man was this a special time. It is easy to think, "I am too busy to take a break." Taking a break can actually be the biggest ROI on your time, productivity, and growth. I am grateful to have gone, and I feel energized as I am back in the studio.

My cofounder @DrJOnCall and I joined @HamptonFounders. I love brainstorming new ideas, learning about new startups and I liked some of @thesamparr tweets. It cost us $8,500 for the year, per founder. Within a month or so of joining, I have partnered with founders of ad agencies, podcast networks, SEO firms, and engineering shops. I’d value each introduction at far more than $8,500 for the @bluechew business. I highly recommend for any startup founder small or large to try it out.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Today I'm launching something that, if done poorly, will make me sound like such an entitled ass. It's called MoneyWise, a podcast that reveals personal finances of high net worth people. The topics being discussed...they can sound super dbag if done incorrectly. Monthly expenses, asset allocation, emotional stuff. These convos rarely happen publicly. I'm lucky with Hampton and my career that I'm able to hear these private convos. But now we'll share some of them with you. And so if you're curious...MoneyWise will be a way to hear conversations that only happen privately. God willing...MoneyWise will be ***tastefully done*** so we have these interesting convos without sounding like asses. Our first episode: "At what liquid net worth did you stop worrying?" One of our guests sold his company for $250m at 31. Another guest makes $15m/year in personal income as a lawyer. We ask them at what number did they stop worrying. Answers were drastically different. Each guest reveals their net worth, monthly expenses, portfolio, and more details (stuff people rarely share!). You can check it all out in the next tweet.
