I think you've heard that Rab died yesterday morning.
I still don't understand what's happened; if this is real; why he'd be taken now - so healthy and happy.
He went into cardiac arrest while we were lying in bed. I tried and tried, and the paramedics... /1

Saddened to hear about the two fatalities in the swim at the #IMAfricanChamps. I stand by that shortening the pro swim is a bad look for the sport. Open-ocean swimming isn't for everyone. Stay safe out there.

@bbculp Maybe, but those people who like duathlon and have no intention of swimming are good for retailers, race directors, coaches, race service providers, vendors and others who make a living in the sport. We need sport growth and duathlon supports that.
