Ho Ho Ho @CoxComm. At this point we’ll all be asking for a full month’s credit. Ridiculous. And we know the estimated time of repair will push back and back and back as it has for the LAST THREE WEEKS. No TV, no music for my XMAS eve dinner party. Neat.



And. Here. We. Go. Again. Just in time for Christmas. @CoxComm, failing. Again. 18 days of this now. No explanations, just “we’re working on it.” Clearly you have a fatal flaw in my neighborhood. In the middle if PHX. Unbelievable.





And just after I posted up again pops this. WTF is going on with this area @CoxComm? Can anyone give us a clear answer? Do we need to move our family Christmas Eve dinner? Two weeks. In the middle of PHX. Unacceptable.



It just keeps glitching @CoxComm, like it did just 5 minutes ago during a client zoom call. So exhausting. And embarrassing.
