Since I'm teaching C++ I can just straight up tell the students about the "converges to" operator

@oisyn @Nekrolm It depends on the person and project. You might want to write Rust because of its type system or particular library.
But if you want your code to be "as fast as C" and memory safe at the same time, there might be a contradiction. I believe it's not a skill issue, just reality.

@TheGingerBill I mean "the language has a certain vibe around it". Given that a lot of languages have both characteristics, it's not about "can you write like that", but rather "should you" to not be frowned upon.

When you are saying something is "Functional" or has "Functional Features", what exactly do you mean?
And do you have any examples?

When you ask people what they mean by "Functional Programming" (FP), you get half a dozen different answers, especially when they discuss "functional features" in typically non-FP programming languages.

@pani_cringe Есть стихи, проза, игровое видео, тикток разговорные видео, скульптура, кукольная анимация. Вариантов масса, не обязательно именно рисовать. Судя по её посту, она и писать сценарий для мультфильма не любит, и рисовать не любит, и не очень понятно а что вообще она любит делать.

@ElizavetaLoshak Потому что если ты хочешь показывать Х, ты будешь показывать Х, а не себя. Если ты хочешь показать себя, так и пиши "это я, смотрите я сегодня вот такая". В таком случае объектом являешься ты. Никто же на миллионы фоток людей не агрится.

А какой смысл делать фото какого-то объекта, если там нет условного "здесь был Вася"? Особенно возле достопримечательностей, которые проф фотографы на проф камепы уже успели заснять миллионы раз.
