@TruistNews your online banking app SUCKS! It isn’t intuitive, list transactions for schedule payments backwards, when I schedule a one time future transfer it doesn’t show up as scheduled. Bank doesn’t know how to run the app either. I’ll be looking for a new bank.

@DukeEnergy customer service is awful. They can’t seem to resolve the issue they created. I haven’t owned the house in OH for 2.5 yrs but they expect me to pay a final utility bill instead of the person that has owned the house for the last 2.5 yrs. DE sucks!

@DukeEnergy cont. Beth Ford and Mark Wagner bought the property in Dec 2018, they must have split up cause property went in her name 2020 probably caused by the Rona. Then in May of 2021 it sold to Kathy Meyer and Adam Pfizenmayer- good German names. Please contact them. BTW FU
