Ahhhh ok so after searching app & site the only support contact provided was this twitter handle & now you're sending me back to the site with a form to type exactly the same thing? A form I should have been able to find first time round?

@uber_support just had UberEats order picked up from restaurant but canceled without any contact from courier! Phone number correct in account. Can see I will be refunded but will restaurant be paid? Very disappointed in uber service & inability to contact support when needed!!
