Hi @Uber, on Saturday I entered the wrong address for my mom’s ride, but she directed the driver to the correct destination. The driver didn’t end the trip, so I was charged R44 instead of R26. Could you please adjust the fare? Thank you.

@MCgovSA @SaudiTransport @cpaksa @MoTLS19955 لاحظت ان بولت يظهر تم الوصول للعميل قبلها بدقيقة وبناء عليها يبدا يحسب رسوم انتظار غير مستحقة زي ماهو واضح بالصورة . @Uber_KSA إما اوبر تم تغيير مدة الانتظار من 5 دقائق بدون التنوية وتعديل السياسات .
