@airtelindia Procedure says that go to Thanks App and select Upgrade to eSIM option. I have done that expecting to get the eSIM prompt on my iPhone. I didn’t get eSIM even after 24 hrs which shows the inability of the network.

@airtelindia does it take 2 days to get an eSIM with supposed to be the best telecom company of India? It seems yes. I just wanted to get eSIM from a physical sim.

@airtelindia @airtelindia I went to store expecting the service to be acceptable, but the “Partner” didn’t greet, didn’t ask to sit or in fact was not courteous.
