If you don't use the new dm chat in this app that has encryption and allows for timer, don't dm me with regular older dms after following me or I'll block you. Make sure to use this and set the timer to 1 week before messaging.

@William94984551 @JayantBhandari5 Like what if there was some atheist, LGBT, or low caste person who doesn't want new generation of migrants from the same region because they don't have western values of tolerance and they adopt a defensive mechanism against that, is that shallow or is it useful?

@William94984551 @JayantBhandari5 I would say there would be a difference between someone who is treating their own like hell for no good reason and someone who already faced discrimination and now doesn't want to associate with them.

@Ven__geance25 @JosieBedlam @UrinalCake619 @JayantBhandari5 That's the thing about narcissists like you he was pointing at, you all want to still place finger on someone else's issues but never acknowledge yours. Also, Indians are the most inbred group ever due to their caste system so don't even try that as an insult.

@hanstws And what does that have to do with anything? I said that for all Arab cultures, their view on trans people, not just what Palestinians think.

@Silentolls @AsianDawn4 If that's the case, then why did other cultures specifically learnt a word from Americans and then use it on Black people? This means they are aware of American culture and its social norms and they know what they are trying to insinuate with the use of the word.

@AsianDawn4 Other countries dont have these rules. Black people gotta wake up that you dont have to stop the world because of a slur in these other cultures. Its never going to be treated the same as in the US. Their cultures dont have words at that level of taboo to even understand it.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi I think that's because Eurasian cultures deployed animals in farming so much that they simply had a weaker immune system and gut microbiome, 75 percent of zoonotic diseases are because we are in contact with animals despite urbanisation. Climate change and animal heavy diet.

@Lafish49 @oodhamboi The Amerindian civilizations were strange because of how healthy they were. Especially Mesoamerica. Eurasian cultures were generally much less healthy. But as for the intolerance, many Europeans originally couldn’t handle corn.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi Spanish went out of their way to remove quinoa and impose wheat but calorie wise and protein wise, quinoa is superior as its amino acid profile is better than wheat and it has no gluten. Which is why I say the same for meat in current times, its preference than solid argument.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi I always wondered why the Europeans didn't start picking on quinoa and start to use it in many ways wheat is used, flat breads, pasta and many more. Corn is not comparable to wheat at all in its uses. They did get ponchos from South to North America but not quinoa. Strange to me.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi On the note of preservation, I do prefer the methods such as drying which were used heavily by Amerindians , canning and jarring dominate in the current, where as dry preservation say of tomatoes, way better than worrying about Botulism.

@Lafish49 @oodhamboi Even spices were more a preservative that tasted good rather just to taste good. If I’m gonna be honest to conclude, even with that rule; many natives probably were the ones that ate more meat. Especially people on the plains who ate mainly buffalo and foraged foods.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi Do we have any account on if they ate more meat? I am aware that some inuits would eat more given their environment and the ones in Oklahoma and desert climate conditions might.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi Which is why I mentioned calories in other twts here, calories were more important than taste and nutrients. I did mention that in modernity most of the meat is a preference stemming from habits and how animal fat makes it tastier, casein protein in dairy is addictive to brain.

@Lafish49 @oodhamboi It’s similar to how humanity actually used to work a lot less. Intense tasks came with the machinery. Pre industrial all you did was plow and harvest. Hard and it wires you down, but not industrial modernity hard. Most “traditional ethnic” meals were made for energy not taste.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi Not to mention that even today, majority of indigenous people have gluten intolerance and dairy intolerances or allergies and that is the only option they can get in heavily white coded areas and where Europeans live such as those gated communities in Argentina, Jalisco MX, etc.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi I would disagree here slightly since I am aware before even the industrial revolution, you had majority of farmers under land grabbing from indigenous tribes convert wild biomes into farms, especially for a diet that takes more calories then it gives out.

@AridoAmSubstack @oodhamboi Though I don't eat meat, primarily being ethics and then the taste preferences. I do believe that a small form of using native fauna for food given that it has lived most of its life in better conditions while also removing non-native species should be pipeline goal.

@Lafish49 @oodhamboi Even medeval Europe ate similarly. Actually it was pretty consistent across most pre industrial societies. If they are more meat it was smaller animals like bugs or chickens or in the Andean case guinea pigs and even then still lower.
