im becoming a mots glazer at this point but the early data and mice data extrapolation suggests its effect are on par with something like a GLP in terms of overall postive downstream health effects.

@DailyPeptide As a true addict. I cold turkey stopped drinking. It’s been like 4-5 times in 2 months. I’m also a little more “cold” as if I was on lexapro again, but not in a shut off way but more of a “I’m focused”

If there was a peptide that could tackle mental health the same way Reta is going after obesity, it would be one of the biggest drugs ever made. There are some discussions around GLP-1s affecting dopamine signaling and reward pathways. This is what leads to less cravings, some researchers are exploring if this extends to addiction patterns. Out of curiosity, has anyone experienced improvements in their mental health while on peptides? Could be placebo. Could be real. Either way the mental side doesn’t get talked about as much as the physical.

Most people’s introduction to peptides will start with one of (or a combo of) the following: - GLP1 (Reta/Tirz), Semi is dead now - Topical GHKCu - BPC157 (or +TB500/TB4 aka Wolverine blend) After that: - GH secretagogues (Anything with “morelin” in it, CJC, maybe even MK677, or HGH) - GLOW/KLOW - MOTSC/SS-31 - Semax/Selank Then: - Pinealon - Epitalon - NAD+ - Pretty much all the others After the injection scaries go away, I think most will transition from this first stage to stage 2. Especially if they stick with a protocol that actually produces results. They’ll want more. Probably a smaller, although still sizable, amount will convert to stage 3. What should we call this? The “peptide journey”? The “peptide pipeline”?

Hot take: If you want a $500,000 home but make less than $160,000/yr? You cannot comfortably afford a $500,000 home. ...Do you agree?

GUYS we are down to fewer than 20 lifetime licenses. Go secure one now if you haven't already. Once they are gone, they are gone forever (switching to a subscription model). We are live on the App Store with over 300 downloads yesterday alone (Seriously, thank you all for that). 🔥 This is only the beginning too... We have so many exciting things in the development pipeline that are only going to make Reptides better and better as time progresses.
osk@ogsvg

There are now just 20 lifetime licenses left for Reptides. Access to website + app will become more paywalled as we get more traffic. We want to thank everyone for their support. Yesterday we had 300 App Store downloads on our launch, along with 4 monthly memberships signed up and 2 lifetime licenses sold. You can find the remaining 20 at this link There is a dead mans timer on the purchase link once all 20 are gone it automatically flips to the monthly membership. Also the research lab got a new look! Update your app by connecting to Wi-Fi and exiting the app completely. reptides.co/briefs

@BasedBiohacker This is insane if true. I have always had gut related anxiety. Sometimes the majority of the things I eat mess with my mood, years later found out I have celiacs. I know I’ve done a lot of damage drinking and drugs in my past. Tirz legit made me stop drinking 3 months ago.

oral BPC-157 is an S-tier nootropic. most see it as gut healing and miss the systemic cognitive enhancement happening when foundation gets fixed the gut-brain axis is WAY stronger than people realize, and most have a NUKED gut core benefits; > restores dopamine receptor sensitivity > eliminates brain fog within days > mood stabilization without dependency risk > heals leaky gut, reduces neuroinflammation > reverses alcohol and stimulant damage when your intestinal barrier is damaged, LPS crosses into bloodstream, triggering neuroinflammation driving depression and anxiety relentlessly. BPC-157 restores gut barrier integrity, cutting LPS translocation and resolving the root neuroinflammatory problem instead of masking symptoms with big pharma slop. dopamine receptors downregulate from chronic stimulant use. BPC-157 reverses this receptor desensitization at the structural level actually restoring baseline dopaminergic function. you're fixing the gut-brain axis dysfunction causing depression, brain-fog, confusion. most compounds treat symptoms. BPC-157 repairs root issues.

Signalling molecules should not be macro dosed. You are wasting money and over saturating your receptors. For example, 5x the MotsC does not mean 5x the AMPK activation

@alexaaronlab MOTS-c isn’t a good example here. GH Secretegogues are great though. You’re not going to get any more GH release at 5x the CJC-1295/Ipamorelin than you will with an effective dose. MOTS-c is so multi-dimensional though.

@PeptideBase Mots-C, Tesamorelin feels like has been there but doesn't have the hype, Ipamorelin (stand alone or with Tesamorelin). Mots-C makes sense with upcoming regulatory. Also, BPC-157 is already widely known, but will soon be mainstream. When Reta is made available, it will be insane.
