This is what killed my twin brother a few years ago. There's some background complexities I don't want to get into because it's complicated and sad, but ultimately doing this and only this gave him deep vein thrombosis, and he died. You need to move around more than this.

@Toadsanime @RustyClaudia Also gotta watch how your legs are when sitting, you dont want them dangling or having too much pressure behind the knee, basically shift your legs around of you are gonna sit for an extended period and stretch often and take a small walk even if its to the fridge

@RustyClaudia Sorry, don't mean to scare anyone - this was an exceptional case, this is very, very rare in younger people. Just make sure you move around at least a bit every day or so, you'll be completely fine.
