Fellow soil microbial ecologists. Anyone else having horrible outcomes with the new @QIAGEN powersoil pro kits? I’m currently held up on illumina library prep for 5 different projects. We are getting <5ng/ul DNA from up to 50% of samples that always worked w/ powersoil kits.
