@TeamYouTube, I received a strike for “harassment & cyberbullying” after a mass report where I directly quoted another creator’s comment towards ME in a reaction video. Timestamp (13:35 - 13:50 here: youtube.com/watch?v=EWI47t…) (this is a reupload of my video that has been up for longer than my actual video. Mine was live for 4 hours, this one has been live for 7.) Meanwhile that same creator is using my image in thumbnails with explicit sexual insinuations like me being "anally penetrated by the creator themselves" (gapped by SkullCJay + It Hurts to Walk), me being a "cum dumpster" and me being in the "Epstein Files" alongside photoshopped edits of my face over Ghislaine Maxwell, a sexual predator. The policy I "violated" reads as: "Content that contains unwanted sexualization isn't allowed on Youtube..." With this judgement and my DENIED APPEAL, are you also saying that @SkullCJay's thumbnails and videos adhere to the policy and are not violations? Are you saying that me quoting the creator who is making THESE thumbnails and titles about me is what violated the policy? Repeating their own statements and words back to them? I received a strike and was forced to take a training on the YouTube Community Guidelines as a result of this incident. Why are these guidelines being selectively enforced on ME when all I did was QUOTE the creator who is inflicting all of this harassment on me? This creator is now celebrating my strike. I have been a principled “NO” on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt. Not by my vote. The Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation that has already released well over 60,000 pages of documents from the Epstein case. That effort will continue in a manner that provides all due protections for innocent Americans. If the Senate amends the bill to properly address privacy of victims and other Americans, who are named but not criminally implicated, then I will vote for that bill when it comes back to the House.
