@MPSNewham have arrested a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy following an incident that saw a heavy seat thrown from the third floor at @westfieldstrat shopping centre on Saturday, 1 March. They have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and remain in custody.

To everyone chiming in with "should be attempted murder" comments, let me help clarify the legal position.
For the prosecution to secure a conviction for attempted murder, one element that must be proved is an INTENT to kill someone.
I've seen the video and, without further evidence, I can't see that such intent is provable 'beyond reasonable doubt'. What these animals did was dangerous and senseless, but you'd have a hard time to prove they were intending to kill someone, even though, objectivly, their actions obviously could have. I genuinely suspect they are too fucking stupid to appreciate what could've happened.
In any case, Section 1, Criminal Damage Act 1971 relates to three types of criminal damage. One of these is what is known colloquially as 'aggrevated criminal damage' (even though the statute doesn't use this phrasing).
Aggrevated criminal damage is a very serious offence and is potentially punishable by life imprisonment.
In this particular case, the applicable sentencing guidelines are here - sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/crown…
In my view this would be a 'culpability B, category 1' sentence - starting point 6 years (range 4-10 years), some may disagree. Also, the sentence would be subject to other mitigating / aggrevating factors.
So, although the tweet sounds bad - 'oh they're only being charged with smashing up a cushion' - the reality is aggrevated criminal damage can potentially lead to a lot of prison time...

This was a serious incident and we would encourage anyone who may have further information to contact the police ref: CAD 5623/04Mar. Alternatively you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or visit crimestoppers-uk.org

> wrongly assumes I pay for the app (also irrelevant, but I get it you need to save face)
> cannot differentiate between the functions of a search engine and a LLM, utulised through uploading the disputed study and supplemental documents, to verify the objectivly clear (for non-retards) results
> instead of conceding the point, continues to argue in bad faith and subvert arguement with inconsequential issues because of complete lack of integrity
You may hate me, but I hate you AND have the pleasure of knowing you are a disingenious mid-wit (as confirmed by AI)

This is the chart that conservatives use as a big gotcha but it just shows that they are psychopaths with no empathy for strangers

This is driving them nuts. Keep using it.

@jabalke @Dbl_R_Diner @esjesjesj Jesus Christ you retard, you can't even acknowledge your shortcoming when a LLM explicitly spells it out for you. Cretinous - fuck you and your sub-standard verbal IQ.
English

@Lux0rCrypt0 @Dbl_R_Diner @esjesjesj You used chat gpt to get the objectively wrong answer. You morons are not equipped to engage with society.

@RobertSchmad @cuntspeeds that's not what the heatmap is about
English

@emnode @TrueSlazac "...The heatmap does not represent the moral allocation task..."
Hmmmm, you sure about that...

English

@TrueSlazac This image is a MAGA Republican lie. The heatmap was generated by asking participants to choose their largest circle of concern, which includes everything inside of it. The instructions in the image describe a *different* task unrelated to the heatmap. This is the lead author 👇

@Dbl_R_Diner @esjesjesj Average conservative data literacy in action.

It's from a study where they were trying to see differences between how conservatives and liberals care about people. The circles begin with close family at the center and become less personal as they radiate outward. Extended family, people in your country, foreigners, non-human life, the universe, and so on.
Lying conservatives are using the graphics to say liberals care more about foreigners and animals than they do for their own family. The crux of the lie is that the study contsins more than one "task." The heatmap graphic is from the "circle task, " which asks for one answer, "in this scale, the number you select includes the numbers below it as well. " So when liberals chose the larger circle, they were ALSO choosing the smaller inner ones. They then falsely pair the graphic with instructions for another task in the same study called the "moral allocation task," which asked for multiple answers in non-overlapping categories. This is to give the false impression that conservatives love people close to them and liberals don't. We conclude with what we already knew: MAGA Republicans are shameless liars

@ThomLately @esjesjesj Yall be blatantly posting misinformation. If the circles were non-overlapping then explain the logic behind say selecting “all things in the universe” and how that wouldn’t overlap. (pretty sure my family is in the universe.)

@IsabelOakeshott @TfL Why? we celebrate birth, maybe it is time we celebrated death too.

This must urgently be removed @TfL - and someone needs to be fired. Ideally the Mayor.
