Let me educate those that are perhaps half moderate. - If a child has no intake other than water, they would die in a few days, long before looking like that - With limited calorie intake, it would take months to get to that emaciated state - In the majority of cases, those conditions are a result of disease-induced malnutrition, and not related to a "famine" - The same propaganda accounts sharing these pictures are sharing pictures of adults that are severely overweight - Many of the similar images being shared are from Yemen (which is another hypocrisy of ignoring the greatest malnutrition anywhere) - To even pretend that these images are representative of the situation on the ground in Gaza is a modern day blood libel
