@MartinLindLA @Chase As I read this I have been on hold for over an hour. Because of extremely high call volume. Is there ever not extremely high call volume? In between awful hold music I'm advised to visit the website, which I obviously have since it's preferable to being on hold on the phone.

Called the travel service for @Chase. After 10 minutes working with an agent, she put us on hold and then hung up. Called back and explained what happened to the next agent. Again put on hold and again dropped. #CustomerService #fail
