@MashreqNeo I have been desperately waiting for a call back from the fraud detection /dispute team for a fraudulent transaction which happened with my Salary account. Despite the fact that I raised red flag continuously for 4 days, it didn't ring the alarm bells with the team.

@MashreqNeo pathetic customer care, pathetic service. I opened my account in January 2026 and received my ATM card, i can credit the amount but unable to do online transactions and ATM withdrawals. Multiple complaints have been launched but still no response from their side.

I would like to clearly state that this investigation is not proper, as I have never shared any OTP with anyone at any time. I did not authorize the registration of my card on Apple Pay, nor did I authorize the above-mentioned transactions. These two transactions are completely unauthorized and fraudulent. I did not initiate any request to register my card for mobile wallet usage. Even if an OTP was sent to my registered mobile number, I did not share it with any person. Therefore, I strongly dispute your conclusion that the transactions were authorized. I kindly request you to re-investigate this matter thoroughly, as I am a victim of unauthorized usage. Please treat this case seriously and in line with customer protection and fraud policies. I request you to do the needful and refund the full disputed amount of AED 11,477.95 at the earliest. Please confirm reopening of this case and advise the next steps. I am willing to provide any additional information required from my side.
