@tobi Really cool!! I'm curious how how Shopify as an engineering team carve out time for something like this? Rather than the next thing on the roadmap. I'm asking as I'd love to justify fun projects like this, but it'd never fly in every org that I've worked in

@threehourcoffee Super interesting as most people advocate raising prices. By reducing prices do you believe a significantly greater % of users will convert to paid? Any data to support that or just a hunch? is churn really high at the current price and you're hoping users stay longer?

There's a lot of context and nuance behind pricing decisions... We just DECREASED our price for Llama Life! Yes decreased! 📉😅 It was very hard decision.
