@LNER I've had to use a hotel last night as my 4:45pm train from Leeds to London was at a standstill for 5 hours. I need to get back up to York this morning, yet I can see lots of the Peterborough York trains are cancelled. What's the best way for me to get to York? Thanks

@MatthewAllard Hello Matthew, so what usually happens is that customers are able to use their existing ticket on an alternate service that day (providing their service is cancelled) or they can travel on the previous day/up to around two days after the Industrial Action day. 1/2 ^Molly
